Inferno By Committee, by Tom Ribe
Inferno by Committee is a complete revision of the 2010 Inferno by Committee. The text is fully updated and includes interviews with more people involved in suppressing the Cerro Grande wildfire. It also includes detailed accounts of two larger northern New Mexico fires in 2011 and 2022: the Las Conchas Fire and the Hermit Peak/Calf Canyon Fire. These dangerous, climate-change-driven fires dwarfed Cerro Grande in size and destructiveness but not in importance regarding the lessons learned from Cerro Grande.
Inferno By Committee is available now in Paperback and eBook
